The Peterborough School Case Study

The school were converting the old library into a sixth form study room and were looking for proposals. The old library was a very good, open space but access was through a corridor that wound around the room, stealing valuable floor area.

Our proposal was to knock through a wall to create a new entrance and turn the wasted space into a new office for the Head of Sixth Form.

At the same time, a new home was needed for the LRC. The school had identified five small rooms which were going to be knocked through into one space and needed a design for this too. They were so pleased with our plans for the sixth form study room, they chose our tender proposal for both areas.

"The results are better than I expected and I am so proud of the new space. The new LRC excites the pupils and they want to spend time here now. I can't recommend Incube highly enough."
